We hope you love your Passiflora Kidz pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 💜

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at orders@passiflorakidz.com
with your order number/receipt. We’ll provide instructions and a return label if applicable.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method minus $7.50 for shipping, or you may choose full store credit.

Refunds/store credit will be issued within 10 business days after we receive your return.

Exchanges

First-time customers are eligible for one free size exchange to help you find the perfect fit.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand by our quality. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@passiflorakidz.com
with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased at FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
  • eGift cards are non-returnable.
  • Items returned after 30 days, worn, or washed will not be accepted.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
